Shipping Options

Envoy products are processed within the same day of being ordered. Most products such as long/short sleeve tees, joggers & shorts, hoodies, & crewnecks are produced in-house and are expected to arrive within 5 - 10 business days. However, due to volume & limited staff some orders may take longer than expected. Envoy accessories, are outsourced from Printful and may take longer depending on inventory availability but can typically expect products to be delivered in roughly the same time span (5 - 10 business days). Please understand that holidays, weekends, weather conditions, & pandemics may affect shipping speed.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email after product is designed.

All sales are final in regards to the Envoy Collection products and no returns will be issued, EXCEPT in regards to size exchanges. Please be sure to be very discreet in your request and include intended size(s) and order.
Refunds will be issued to custom orders upon product dissatisfaction but users must include a thorough explanation on the issue (shirt/design defect, wrong colors, etc.) and may take 2-5 business days for reimbursement, however no returns are accepted.
